Black Photos
During the black photo package, we will photography your horse or pony, and if you would like with you together as well. For this package we need the possibility to photography the horse in the frame of a large door, a stable or arena entrance with a dark(er) background.
This way, the natural light from outside will light up your horse and create the dark background. This type of package is also good for horses that aren’t at the same location or if you want horses together but that can’t go next to each other. Through professional editing we can edit the combinations together. Deze fotoreportage is ook fijn om paarden samen op de foto te krijgen die niet op dezelfde locatie staan of die niet samen kunnen staan. Door middel van professionele bewerking kunnen wij de combinaties bij elkaar zetten.
If there is no good space at your location to take black photos, it is possible to create one for an additional charge. Using the photo studio and background screen we can create a space of a minimum 10 by 10 metres.
Your horse needs to be ready at the time the appointment was made so we can start rightaway
An extra set of helping hands is always welcome
Do you have attributes that will help catch the attention of your horse, please feel free to bring them to the shoot.
- Horses can be held using a lunge line or leadrope, these will be removed for your definitively chosen pictures.
- With snaffle bridles, you may remove the reins. For a weymouth, the addition of reins offers the best results.
- If you wish to have pictures taken of your horse at liberty without any tack, Equigeniek has special photography headcollars, these will be removed in the chosen final edited photos.
- For the best results, clean tack is recommended
- Clothing advise: neutral colours that are tailored the environment and horse give the best result. Bright colours are not advisable.
- Be careful with white clothing, in combination with the black background this can make the skin appear paler/washed out.
- In case you need to use the studio, an additional charge of € 150,00 will be added. This has to be discussed prior.
